Hello all! It’s been a while since my last ootd. Haven’t been feeling very motivated to blog but I have created this look in hopes of inspiring myself to blog more! I often feel inspired from items in my closet that I never fall out of love with and this jacket is one of it! Here are the details of my outfit.
Choker – gifted by my oboe lesson’s teacher

Skirt – Walmart
Booties – Forever 21
I originally wanted to pair the jacket with an all white outfit, however that is a color (or lack of color, haha) that I do not have too many of (yet), so I went with an all black outfit under the white jacket. It makes the jacket stand out, a lot. I kept my outfit underneath simple and accessorized with a choker. Didn’t really want to take away the focal point of the outfit (the jacket) with too many accessories. It feels so 90’s to me but a really modern 90’s feel, if that makes any sense at all. What gives it the 90’s feel (to me) is the choker and the oversize-ness of the jacket. If the jacket was denim, the 90’s feel would be more obvious! My outfit is quite simple but what really makes it special is the jacket! Love everything about it; from the fit, feel, colors and design! When this style first came out, it was far more expensive (definitely over $200), but seasons after, I was able to cop it for $97 on Asos!! What a steal !
